Additional Notes about Rates:

  • Rates are minimum rates and increase with the complexity of accounting, the number of months, the number of transactions, or the clarity of banking information.
  • If manual entry of banking transactions is required, then expect double the usual rate.
  • Rates do not include QuickBooks Online Subscriptions.
  • We will not accept responsibility for client banking passwords or usernames for reasons of client and firm security, separation of duties, and complete elimination of the remote possibility of mishandling of funds.
    • There is an exception for cash-flow management with CFO Services
    • Accounting services cannot be combined with CFO Services.

Note For Tax Return Preparation:

  1. We will send you an engagement letter to review and sign. This engagement letter details what services we provide and how we provide them.
  2. Upon acceptance of the engagement letter, you will pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to cover onboarding costs prior to our meeting.
